On Tuesday, September 12th, there will be a reception to honor veterans and their families followed by a talk that will feature the stories of three Thomaston High School graduates who gave their lives: Tauno Brooks, whose plane was shot down in Korea in 1952; Sayward Hall, who was mortally wounded at Camp Holloway in Vietnam in 1965; and Arthur Elliot, killed when his River Boat Squadron was ambushed on the Vam Co Dong River in 1968.  CLICK HERE to download a PDF of the original notice for more information.
