THERE WILL BE NO PLANNING BOARD MEETING TONIGHT (10/18).  THE PLANNING BOARD WILL HAVE A WORKSHOP AT 6 PM ON NOVEMBER 15, 2016 IN THE SELECT BOARD MEETING ROOM AT WATTS HALL TO REVIEW REQUESTS FOR ZONE CHANGES AS FOLLOWS:  "The proposals are to change 9 Green Street from RESIDENTIAL 3 to VILLAGE COMMERCIAL requested by The Uproot Pie Co., and expand VC at the intersection of New County Road (US 1) and Old County Road to include 12 High Street (requested by the Maine Authors Publishing Co.), the CMP Substation, 23 New County Road (all of which are now in the RESIDENTIAL 1 Zone), and 27 and 29 New County Road (which are in the INDUSTRIAL Zone). All of these parcels have commercial businesses at the present: Maine Authors Publishing, CMP, Daggett Plumbing & Heating, Dragon Product’s Rental House, and Creek Hill Auto Repair."
